In the KOHO app, tap forgot your password on the KOHO App home screen. If you're on KOHO Web, just select Forgot Password?
Enter the email associated with your KOHO account, and tap send reset link
Open the email and tap Change Password

Create a new password and ensure it meets our complexity criteria:
8 characters minimum
1 upper case character
1 lower case character

10. To update your phone number, tap the profile icon in the top left corner and select Personal Details. Ensure you're using a verified device to make this update.
