Having trouble logging in?
If you're seeing a prompt for a "KOHO Passcode," your app needs to be refreshed:
Close the KOHO app completely
Log out of your account
Log back in
Use your device security (phone PIN, Touch ID, or Face ID) when prompted
Note: This is different from your KOHO card PIN, which is the 4-digit number you use for purchases and ATM withdrawals with your physical card.
