Your Passcode is the 4 digit number you need to get into the KOHO app (if you don't have touch ID or face ID). It's not to be confused with your PIN (the 4 digit number associated with your physical card).
If you need to update your Passcode, please reach out to our support team through the in-app chat or web portal chat. For security reasons, we'll ask you for additional verification documents to complete this process.
