How do I reset my Passcode?

Important: KOHO no longer uses a separate 4-digit app passcode. We've upgraded our security to work with your device's existing security settings.

Having trouble logging in?

If you're seeing a prompt for a "KOHO Passcode," your app needs to be refreshed:

  1. Close the KOHO app completely

  2. Log out of your account

  3. Log back in

  4. Use your device security (phone PIN, Touch ID, or Face ID) when prompted

Note: This is different from your KOHO card PIN, which is the 4-digit number you use for purchases and ATM withdrawals with your physical card.
