Resetting passwords are never fun. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to reset your password:
Make sure you're logged out
In the KOHO app, tap forgot your password. In the KOHO web portal, just select Forgot Password?
Enter the email associated with your KOHO account, and tap send reset link
Open the email and tap Change Password
Confirm your phone number and tap Continue.
If you no longer have access to your phone number, select Don't have access to this number? instead. You'll need to provide a photo of your government-issued photo ID and a video selfie to continue with resetting your password.
You will need to verify your phone number with a one-time code sent to the phone number we have on file for you
Create a new password and ensure it meets our complexity criteria:
8 characters minimum
1 upper-case character
1 lowercase character
1 special character
8. Confirm new password
9. You will be redirected back into the app successfully 🙌

If you run into trouble opening the reset link, try the following...
It's possible that links are set to only open in a browser. To fix this, long tap the password reset link and then choose "Open with KOHO".
If the above doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the KOHO app, then launch the app and request a new password reset email.
If you haven't received the password reset email, check your "junk" or "spam" folders to see if the link was sent there.
If you have a Hotmail or Outlook email address, also double-check your email inbox on your desktop browser.
