Received your new card? Here are the steps to activate your physical KOHO card:
Option 1:
Scan the QR code on your card envelope or select My cards in-app
Select your physical card > Activate card (no need to activate your Virtual card)
Enter the last four digits of your card, the expiry date and CVV
Choose your new PIN number
Card is activated 🎉

Make an in-store purchase. For this first transaction, insert your card + input your PIN*. You can use the tap function AFTER you complete this step.
Option 2:
Call 1-855-564-6999 and select option 2 to activate and set your PIN (make sure to be calling from the same phone number associated with your KOHO account)

*If your purchase happens to go through without you needing to input your PIN, don't worry, this happens every once in a blue moon. You're still good to go.
