Have a new phone number? We'll just need a photo of your government-issued photo ID and a video selfie to verify you 👍

  1. Make sure you're logged out

  2. In the KOHO app, tap forgot your password on the KOHO App home screen. If you're on KOHO Web, just select Forgot Password?

  3. Enter the email associated with your KOHO account, and tap send reset link

  4. Open the email and tap Change Password

  5. Select Don't have access to this number?

  6. To verify your identity, provide a photo of your government-issued photo ID and a video selfie

  7. It may take a few minutes to verify your identity. Feel free to come back to the in-app page in a couple of minutes to check on the status of your account verification

  8. Create a new password and ensure it meets our complexity criteria:

  • 8 characters minimum

  • 1 upper case character

  • 1 lower case character

  • 1 special character

8. Confirm new password

9. You will be redirected back into the app successfully 🙌
