Still haven’t gotten your code? Check for the following:
Is your phone number correct? The verification code is only sent to the phone number that you registered with your account. If the number on your account is outdated, be sure to update your phone number.
Does your mobile device and phone plan support text messages? You will not be able to receive SMS verification codes to a landline phone number.
Is your device connected to an adequate mobile network and has a signal? Try turning your mobile device and cellular data off and on.
Are you traveling? Please be aware that SMS OTPs can only be sent to phone numbers in North America.
Ensure you opt-in for Twilio messages. If you have accidentally opted out of Twilio messages, this may prevent you from getting your SMS verification code. To resubscribe, just text “START” to 1-855-881-4353.
