Can I use a General Delivery address to receive my KOHO card?

Updated this week

Yes, you can. If you don’t have a fixed address, General Delivery lets you receive mail at a nearby post office.

Where do I pick up my card if it’s been “carded”?

When a delivery is “carded,” it means Canada Post left you a notice instead of the item. Here’s what that could look like:

  • Your card may still be placed in a secure mailbox at the post office

  • Or you’ll get a pickup slip telling you where to go

How do I know which post office to visit?

You can use Canada Post’s post office finder to see which location is linked to your General Delivery address.

Heads up: Bring valid photo ID when you go to pick up your card.
