I can't find my address

Signing up and my address isn't an option

If you're having trouble signing up because your address is not popping up, don't sweat. For whatever reason, Canada Post has issues recognizing some rural addresses. 

Here's what to do:

  • In the app, choose an address that is closest to you

  • Write us via in-app chat or the web portal with your correct, full mailing address

  • We will update our system, and make sure your card gets sent out to the right address
