If you're having trouble signing up because your address is not popping up, don't sweat. For whatever reason, Canada Post has issues recognizing some rural addresses.
Here's what to do:
In the app, choose an address that is closest to you
Write us via in-app chat or the web portal with your correct, full mailing address
We will update our system, and make sure your card gets sent out to the right address
