Resetting passwords are never fun. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to reset your password:
Make sure you're logged out
Tap forgot your password on the KOHO App home screen
Enter the email associated with your KOHO account, and tap send reset link
Open the email and tap change password
Create a new password
Confirm new password
You will need to verify this change with a one-time code sent to the phone number we have on file for you or with your 4 digit Passcode
You will be redirected back into the app successfully 🙌

If you run into trouble opening the reset link, try the following...
It's possible that links are set to only open in a browser. To fix this, long tap the password reset link and then choose "Open with KOHO".
If the above doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the KOHO app, then launch the app and request a new password reset email.
