Resetting passwords are never fun. Here's a step-by-step guide to get back into the KOHO App:

  1. Tap Forgot Your Password on the KOHO App home screen
  2. Enter the email associated with your KOHO account, and tap Send Reset Link
  3. Open the email and tap Change Password
  4. Create a New Password
  5. Confirm New Password 
  6. Enter your Passcode. This is the 4-digit code you set up to get into the app. If you've forgotten it, click Forgot Passcode to give us a call to reset it. 
  7. You will be redirected back into the app successfully 🙌

Not working for you?

If you run into trouble opening the reset link, try the following...

  1. It's possible that links are set to only open in a browser. To fix this, long tap the password reset link and then choose "Open with KOHO".
  2. If the above doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the KOHO app, then launch the app and request a new password reset email.
