Resetting passwords are never fun. Here's a step-by-step guide to get back into the KOHO App:
- Tap Forgot Your Password on the KOHO App home screen
- Enter the email associated with your KOHO account, and tap Send Reset Link
- Open the email and tap Change Password
- Create a New Password
- Confirm New Password
- Enter your Passcode. This is the 4-digit code you set up to get into the app. If you've forgotten it, click Forgot Passcode to give us a call to reset it.
- You will be redirected back into the app successfully 🙌
Not working for you?
If you run into trouble opening the reset link, try the following...
- It's possible that links are set to only open in a browser. To fix this, long tap the password reset link and then choose "Open with KOHO".
- If the above doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the KOHO app, then launch the app and request a new password reset email.
