Resetting passwords are never fun. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to reset your password:
- Make sure you're logged out
- Tap forgot your password on the KOHO App home screen
- Enter the email associated with your KOHO account, and tap send reset link
- Open the email and tap change password
- Create a new password
- Confirm new password
- You will need to verify this change with a one-time code sent to the phone number we have on file for you or with your 4 digit Passcode
- You will be redirected back into the app successfully 🙌

If you run into trouble opening the reset link, try the following...
- It's possible that links are set to only open in a browser. To fix this, long tap the password reset link and then choose "Open with KOHO".
- If the above doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the KOHO app, then launch the app and request a new password reset email.
