Your Passcode is the 4 digit number you need to get into the KOHO app (if you don't have touch ID or face ID).
If you're logged into the KOHO app and want to change your Passcode, you can reset it by tapping the Card image in-app > See card number > Forgot Passcode (at the bottom) > you'll receive an SMS one-time code to enter > and choose a new Passcode!
