Your Passcode is the 4 digit number you need to get into the KOHO app (if you don't have touch ID or face ID). If you've forgotten your Passcode, then we need to reset it over the phone. Give us a call Monday to Friday between 9:30am-5:00pm EST, at 1-855-564-6999 and stay on the line until after option 9 to be connected to one of us!  😀
