If you need to update your address you can do this in the app 📫 

Go to the profile icon in the upper right hand corner > scroll down to Personal Details.

If you are unable to do this, we'll need you to send us a photo of your driver's licence, a PDF of your utility statement or a monthly account statement from another Canadian financial institution to confirm the change.

Once you have those documents ready, please reach out to us through our in-app chat.
