How do I make a Custom Tenant Coverage claim?

Claims need to be submitted through the insurance administrator of the Group Tenant product. Please refer to our partner Walnut directly for more information. You can do this through the Chat function on gowalnut.com. Please include your First and Last Name, Address and Contact Number. Walnut is also available for phone support Monday to Friday at 1-888-818-8261 during business hours.

Note: KOHO cannot assist with claims-related questions as KOHO does not manage or adjudicate claims. This is the sole ownership of the administrator of the insurance product. You should contact the insurance provider directly.
