How do I make a Custom Tenant Coverage claim?

Claims need to be submitted through the insurance administrator of the Group Tenant product. Please refer to our partner Walnut directly for more information. You can do this through the Chat function on gowalnut.com.

Note: KOHO cannot assist with claims-related questions as KOHO does not manage or adjudicate claims. This is the sole ownership of the administrator of the insurance product. You should contact the insurance provider directly.
