What if I need to make changes to my personal information with CyberScout?

Once your account is set up, it's your responsibility to keep your personal details, like your address or phone number, up to date. This helps make sure everything runs smoothly with your account and any services you use.

If you need to update your personal information (like your name, email, or contact details) linked to your Cyber Protection account, you can do it directly from your CyberScout dashboard from the KOHO app:

  1. Open the KOHO app

  2. Go to Discover, then tap CyberScout

  3. Tap Go to dashboard

💡 KOHO can’t make changes to your CyberScout account, but we’re happy to point you in the right direction.
