How do I make a claim for Cyber Protection?

Claims are handled directly by CyberScout. If you need to open a case or get help with your Cyber Protection plan, you can:

  • ☎️ Call their 24/7 support line at 1-833-958-1013 (also provided in your welcome email)

  • 💻 Log in to your dashboard and open a case online

  • ✉️ Email them at [email protected]

You can also open the KOHO app, go to the CyberScout page under the Discover tab, and find everything you need there.

💡 KOHO doesn’t directly manage claims, but we’re always happy to point you in the right direction.


What happens to my claim if I cancel my protection after submitting it?

If you’ve already submitted a claim and then cancel your protection, don’t worry. Your claim is still valid. Cyber protection reviews claims based on when the incident happened and when the claim was submitted, not when the coverage was cancelled.
