Can I download a statement of my transactions?

You can download your KOHO statement in-app. Monthly statements are usually available by the fifth day of the following month. If there are no unsettled transactions, your statement may appear on the first of the month.

To download your most recent monthly statement go to the profile icon in the top left corner > select Monthly statements. From there you'll be able to pick which month you want to download and will be prompted to choose CSV or PDF format.

Important to know:

  • Statements are only available for completed months. Our support team will be unable to issue mid-monthly statements.

  • Only settled transactions will show on your statement.

  • Pending charges and expired authorizations won’t appear in your statement.
