How do I make a claim?

Claims are handled directly by Cyberscout. You can:

  1. Call their 24/7 support line 1-833-958-1013 (provided in your welcome email) to begin resolving your issue, or

  1. Log in to your dashboard and open a case online

KOHO doesn’t manage claims, but we’re happy to point you in the right direction.
