Please ensure that the name on the e-Transfer or Direct Deposit match the name on your KOHO profile for it to successfully deposit.
Currently, we do not accept cheques or cash, nor can we process wire transfers made to KOHO accounts. If you are attempting to have any of those deposited to your account, please consider the above methods.
