To make a rent payment to your landlord, you can do so in-app. You can pay by selecting $ > Pay Rent or by going to the Discover tab > Rent Reporting > Pay Rent.
There are a few ways you can pay rent with KOHO:
Pre-authorized debit: Send your KOHO account information to your landlord to have the rent automatically debited from your account.
e-Transfer*: Send an e-Transfer to your landlord. If your landlord typically sends you an e-Transfer request instead, ensure that you fulfill the e-Transfer request with your KOHO account.
KOHO card: Send your KOHO debit card details to your landlord to have the rent automatically debited from your account. There may be a merchant surcharge for using this payment method. Please consult your landlord for further information.
*We have a daily maximum outbound e-Transfer limit of $3000. If you want to send rent over $3000, please use the pre-authorized debit or debit card option instead.
