To pay a bill—like your credit card, hydro, or cellphone bill—using your KOHO app, go to:
Tap the $ symbol > Pay bills
Search for your financial or other institution
Enter your account information
We require the bill payment to be made a minimum of 2 business days before its due date
Bills are typically posted within 5 business days, but on some occasions (depending on the payee), can take up to 10 business days
If you don't see the payee you want to pay, let us know through in-app chat, and we'll see if we can have it added in the future
All new credit card bill payments need to be SMS verified. Make sure we have your current cell phone number on file to receive the text message.
Cash back is not accrued on bill payments
Made a mistake and need to cancel that bill payment?
No sweat! You can quickly cancel the bill payment by going in-app to
$ > Pay Bill > Payees > click Payee name > and select cancel under pending payments. This must be done ASAP!
*Cash back will not be accrued on any ATM withdrawal, E-transfer, KOHO transfer, Bill Payment, pre-authorized debits, direct deposits, or other non-purchase based transactions.
