How do I cancel a bill payment?

You should be able to cancel that pending bill payment in-app by going to $ > Pay Bill > Payees > click Payee name > and select cancel under pending payments. For same day bill payments, just make sure it's done before 3AM EST. After that time, we're unable to cancel this payment for you.
