Forgotten PINs happen! If you need to reset yours, you can do so in-app! Just click on My Cards > Reset PIN and follow the steps.

Prefer to call? Just dial 1-855-564-6999 and choose option 3.

When you get a chance, make an in-store purchase by inserting your card in the terminal (no tapping!). This will ensure the PIN is synced with the card 👍

Don't be alarmed if you are not prompted to enter your PIN for your first purchase, this is normal!
