How do I make changes to my account?

Update your name, address, phone number, etc.

To make changes to your account in-app, head over to the profile icon > Personal Details in the KOHO app 📫

A quick rundown of what we might ask for:

  • If you need to update the name we have on file for you, we'll require a photo of your driver's licence or a utility statement.

  • If you need to update your address you can do this in your app. If you weren't able to, we will need you to send us a photo of your driver's licence, phone bill, or a utility statement to confirm the change.

  • If you need to update your phone number, you must be on a verified device.

  • If you need to your email address, you will need to enter your password and Passcode

Accounts Earning Interest

If you have already opted into an "earn interest" account and need to make changes to your SIN, legal name, country of residence, or citizenship, please reach out to us in-app or through KOHO Web and we can help you out!
