How do I pay a bill?

You can use KOHO to pay bills like your credit card, hydro, or cellphone bill. Here's how:

  1. Open the KOHO app

  2. Tap the $ symbol

  3. Select Pay bills

  4. Search for the company or institution

  5. Enter your account number

When to send your payment

  • Make your payment at least 2 business days before it's due

  • Most payments are processed within 5 business days

  • Some billers may take up to 10 business days, depending on their system

Important: 

  • New credit card payments need to be verified by text. Make sure your phone number is up to date in your KOHO profile

  • Cash back is not accrued on bill payments*

  • Made a mistake and need to cancel that bill payment? To cancel a bill payment:

    • Go to $ > Pay Bills > Payees

    • Tap the payee name

    • Choose Cancel under Pending Payments

    • This only works if the payment is still pending, so act quickly
