We don't have the ability to block just one merchant. If this merchant/website has your card information and is using it unauthorized, we suggest locking your card in-app immediately and issuing yourself a new card with a new number so they cannot pull funds anymore.

A pre-authorized debit is a pre-made agreement between the account holder and the merchant to withdraw a specific amount of funds on a specific date. We do not have the ability to cancel pre-authorized debits.

Please reach out to the merchant to have this cancelled or make other arrangements for the payment.
