You can transfer funds via e-Transfer through the KOHO app by navigating to $ > Send Money. Alternatively, on KOHO Web, go to Send Money, enter the amount, select a recipient, set a security question and answer, and send the transfer.
We're unable to close accounts that have an outstanding balance due.
