👫 How to Refer Someone to KOHO
Find Your Referral Code: Open the KOHO app or website to locate your unique referral link. You can find the criteria for your offer in the app Discover tab > Refer & Earn.
Share the Link: Send your referral link to friends or family members.
They Sign Up: Your referral signs up for KOHO using your link.
They Complete the Steps:
Verify Their Account: Your referral needs to complete their account verification. Learn more here.
Complete one of the actions below (based on the offer):
Make a purchase of at least $20 using their KOHO card, or
Deposit at least $50 into their KOHO account (KOHO to KOHO transfers are not eligible).
Once these steps are completed within 30 days of sign-up, both of you will receive your rewards, which you can view by tapping the 🎁 icon in the app. You can refer up to 50 people and earn up to $1,000 in rewards.
Pro-Tip: Join KOHO affiliate club if you are an influencer or want to bring more people into KOHO!
🎁 What Rewards Can You Earn?
Your reward depends on your KOHO plan and the current promotion. Common offers include:
$20 Cash Each: Both you and your referral get $20 when they make a purchase of $20 or more.
$70 for You + 3 Months Everything Plan Free for Them: If you're on a paid KOHO plan and your referral deposits at least $50, you get $70, and they receive 3 months of the Everything plan for free.
To see your current referral offers in-app, go to the referral page by tapping the 🎁 icon from the home page.
👥 If You Were Referred to KOHO
Signed up with someone’s link? Here’s how to make sure you get your reward:
Use Their Link: Sign up using the referral link they provided.
Verify Your Account: Confirm your identity with KOHO. Learn more here.
Complete the Required Action: Based on the referral reward you received, you'll need to do one of the following:
Make a purchase of at least $20, or
Deposit at least $50 into your KOHO account.
After completing these steps within 30 days of signing up, you'll receive your reward, which you can find by tapping the 🎁 icon in the app.
🎉 Redeeming Your Reward
Once you've earned a reward, it's easy to redeem:
Open the KOHO app.
Tap the 🎁 icon in the top right corner to view and claim your reward.
Rewards are credited within 7 days after all conditions are met.
