How do I refer friends to KOHO?
As the referrer, you can share your referral code with your friends and family! Find the referral link in-app or on web.
The Referee (your friend or family member you referred) must sign up using that referral code.
After registering, the Referee must meet the following requirements within 30 days of signing up for both you and the Referee to receive the reward.
The Referee must verify their KOHO account. Learn more here.
The Referee must complete required actions depending on the referee reward (see below).
Once the Referee has met all the conditions, you and your Referee will receive a “gift” which can be accessed on the referral page in-app (click on “Giftbox” 🎁 icon on the top right of screen).
You can refer up to 50 friends at KOHO and can earn up to $1,000 for referring friends.
Pro-tip: Join KOHO affiliate club if you are an influencer or want to bring more people into KOHO!
Wha types of referral rewards are available?
Depending on your account, you may be eligible for different rewards when referring friends and family. To view the available rewards, go to the referral page in the app by clicking the “Giftbox” 🎁 icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Important: To qualify for any referral reward, the referee must first complete account verification.
$20 Cash for both the Referrer and Referee; Referee must make a single transaction (online or in-person) of at least $20 with their physical or virtual card.
$70 Cash for the Referrer; Referee must make a qualifying single deposit of at least $50 (KOHO to KOHO transfers are not eligible).
A friend or family member referred me to KOHO—what steps should I take to receive my reward?
The reward you receive depends on the referral code used. To see which offer applies to you, visit the referral code landing page through the link sent by your referrer.
Important: The rewards will be credited or applied (as applicable) to the Referrer and Referee’s KOHO Account within 7 days of all conditions in these terms being met, including the Referee completing the Required Actions
