Once you cancel Rent Reporting in-app
Once you miss 3 rent payments in a row
If you are no longer paying for either Credit Building or a paid KOHO Plan (Essential, Extra or Everything)
If Rent Reporting was incorrectly cancelled, you can start Rent Reporting again in-app.
