Cancelling a Plan

To cancel your KOHO plan, open the KOHO app > click on My Plan > scroll down and select Manage my plan. On the Manage plan page, select Cancel my plan.

Once cancelled, the plan benefits will remain in place until the next billing date. Once your billing cycle has ended you can continue with KOHO Easy (our free account) or resubscribe to a new KOHO plan.
