Cancelling a Plan

From the KOHO app:

  • To cancel your KOHO plan, open the KOHO app > click on My Plan > scroll down and select Manage my plan.

  • On the Manage plan page, select Cancel my plan.

From the web portal:

  • Login via web.koho.ca/login and select My Plan > Manage my plan.

  • On the Manage my plan page, select Cancel plan.

Once cancelled, the plan benefits will remain in place until the next billing date.
