To cancel your KOHO plan, open the KOHO app and navigate to My Plan > Unsubscribe. From there you can easily cancel your plan!

Once cancelled, the plan benefits will remain in place until the next billing date. Once your billing cycle has ended you can continue with KOHO Easy (our free account) or resubscribe to a new KOHO plan.

Please note that our support team does not have the ability to make changes to your plan directly. We will only be able to assist with plan cancellations at this time.
