If the payment is still pending, you can cancel it in the KOHO app:
Tap the $ symbol
Select Pay Bills
Go to Payees
Tap the payee’s name
Choose Cancel under Pending Payments
If the payment was scheduled for today, make sure to cancel it before 3 AM EST. After that, the payment starts processing and we won’t be able to stop it.
If the payment doesn’t appear under Pending Payments, it likely means it’s already processing and can no longer be cancelled.
