What if my Metal Card was lost or stolen, what do I do?
For lost or stolen cards, you have two options:
Buy another metal card. Please be advised that a replacement fee of $150 will apply. This fee applies to KOHO members who bought a Metal Card and those who initially received one included in the Everything yearly plan.
Get a free plastic card. You can get a new Indigo or Lavender card reissued to your account free of charge.
To request a new card in-app, go to Home > My cards, select your card, and toggle the button to Lock your card to prevent unauthorized use. Next, in the same section, select your lost card and tap Request New Card.
In the meantime, you can use your virtual card online or in-store while you wait for your metal or plastic card to arrive.

What happens when my Metal Card expires?
Your Metal Card will expire after 4 years. After the card expires, you can order a new Metal Card for a replacement fee of $150.
I've ordered my replacement Metal Card, now what?
Once ordered, your card will be shipped via express delivery and should arrive within 3-5 business days.
*Just a heads up: If we do not have any Metal Cards in stock, we'll reissue you a regular plastic card.
