My Metal Card has been lost or compromised, what do I do?

If you have lost your Metal Card, you'll be able to purchase a new one at cost for $100.00. If your card has been compromised and there appear to be some fraudulent charges, we may be able to reissue one for free. Just reach out through the in-app chat and our team will be able to cancel the old card and issue a new one, so long as we have some in stock!

My Metal Card's going to expire, what can I do?

Your Metal Card will expire every 4 years, so you'll need to purchase a new one at cost ($100), once this time is up. If you'd prefer to go back to your regular KOHO card, no problem - just reach out to our team through the in-app chat and we'll reissue you a new, non-metal KOHO card.

I've ordered my replacement Metal Card, now what?

Once the card has been shipped out you'll receive an email with a unique tracking number (within 2 business days) that you can use to keep an eye on your card! Your fancy new Metal Card should arrive within 4-5 business days ✨

*Just a heads up: if we don't have any Metal Cards in stock, we'll reissue you a regular card or KOHO Premium card, depending on your account
