When your Premium 30-day trial ends and you make your first subscription payment.
Do I get the extra cash back even if I am on the 30-day trial?
Yes, you still get all the benefits of Premium, including the 2% on 3 categories (eating & drinking, groceries and transportation). You do not need to have the new card to get these benefits.
How do I order the new KOHO Premium card?
You can request your new card by going to Personal > Manage KOHO Premium > More > A new look.
Do I need to order a new Premium Card to gain the benefits?
No, you can continue to use KOHO with your current card design and reap all the benefits of a Premium membership!
If you lose or misplace your current card and still want to use KOHO Premium, however, we will be sending you this new design automatically.
Will my current card work if order a new KOHO Premium card?
Your current card will continue to work. Your current card will only stop working when you have received the new KOHO Premium card and you have activated it (the last 4 digits on your KOHO card are located at the back of the card).
What happens if am using the new KOHO Premium card but then I cancel my Premium subscription.
You can continue to use the KOHO Premium card.
Can I request a card with another colour when I report a card as lost or stolen?
No. At this time if you have a Premium membership then the only new card you will receive is a KOHO Premium card.
Where can I find the card numbers or the last 4 digits on a KOHO Premium card?
The card numbers are located at the back of the card. When you call to activate your KOHO Premium card, make sure to look at the back of the card to enter the last 4 digits.
When I activate the KOHO Premium card, does my account number change for my pre-authorized debits?
No. Your account number stays the same.
