If a friend or family member wants to send money to your KOHO account, they will need to be KOHO users themselves. If they have a KOHO account, they can instantly send you money through the app under Transfers > Send Money > Add a Recipient icon in the top right-hand corner
However, e-Transfers sent to email@example.com must match the name on your account, and we can't accept transfers from anyone other than you.
If you've married recently or otherwise needed to change your name, we will need a photo of a driver's licence or utility bill so that your account info is up to date. You can reach out to us through in-app chat to let us know.
