Travel Insurance is only available to KOHO members on a paid plan. Once your KOHO account is on Essential, Extra or Everything, you can unlock Travel Insurance for your account ✈️
Additionally, to be eligible for Travel Insurance, please ensure the following:
You are a Canadian resident (Permanent Resident or Citizen).
Your trip originates from Canada to another country. (For example, you would not be eligible for travel insurance if you are already abroad, such as travelling from France to Italy.)
You are not travelling against the advice of a physician or other registered medical professional.
You have not been diagnosed with a terminal condition.
You are not receiving palliative care, and palliative care has not been recommended.
Finally, eligibility for Travel Insurance is determined by various factors beyond those mentioned above, which are evaluated by the insurer during the sign up process.
