There are a number of reasons why your Credit Report might not be showing up:
1. Credit Report is too thin - When credit bureaus have too little information on you, they can’t generate a score. KOHO reports to Equifax to make sure that the bureau is getting the information they need to build your score.
2. First credit product - If this is your first credit product, your score will take at least 6 months to show up. The earlier you start building your credit, the better!
3. Credit bureau error - This could happen on occasion. If you think there’s a glitch in the system, contact Equifax to get it fixed pronto! You can reach out to Equifax directly by giving them a call at 1-800-840-1323.
4. Delay on Credit Score pull - Sometimes, it takes a bit longer to retrieve your score, especially during Equifax's maintenance window. We'll keep trying to pull your score, so please check back in a bit!
5. VPN - If you're using a VPN, your Credit Report won't load. Please turn off your VPN to view your Credit Report.
