Custom Tenant Coverage is for tenants with needs not covered by the standard tenant coverage. They can select custom insurance based on their specific requirements. For this option, members are directed to a Walnut-hosted page for KOHO members and must access Walnut or the insurer for policy details and documents, as this information is not available in the KOHO app.
