I lost my card!

Lost your card? It happens. You can lock your card in-app! Just click on My cards > Lock card. If you think you might find it under a couch cushion or under the seat in your car, great. 

If you believe it's really gone, tap on Request a New Card instead. This will deactivate the lost card to ensure it can't be used.

Heads up: You can only reissue one physical card and one virtual card every 30 days. Each card type has its own 30-day limit.
