Can I lose access to Pay Later?

Yes, it’s possible to lose access to Pay Later in certain situations.

If a Pay Later plan goes unpaid for a long period of time, it may eventually be written off. When this happens, access to Pay Later may be removed from the account, and the feature will no longer appear in the app.

Can Pay Later become available again?

Eligibility for Pay Later is reviewed based on several factors. While access may change over time, we’re not able to guarantee that Pay Later will become available again in the future.

Please note that our Support team is unable to manually restore or grant access to Pay Later.
