If you’re seeing a blank or stuck screen after tapping Continue during login, it’s usually because your mobile browser is blocking cookies. Cookies help KOHO remember your login session. If they’re blocked, the login page may not load correctly.
Why does this happen?
Some browsers block cookies by default for privacy reasons.
KOHO uses cookies to securely complete the login process, so blocking them can cause the page to appear blank. Once cookies are enabled, login should work normally.
How to fix a blank screen during login?
Make sure cookies are enabled on your mobile browser. Below are step-by-step instructions based on the device most people use:
iPhone (Safari)
Open Settings
Scroll down and tap Safari
Tap Advanced
Turn off Block All Cookies
Close Safari completely
Open Safari again and try logging in

Turn On-device site data ON
