Cancelling an international transfer depends entirely on the status of your transfer. Here's how it works:

You’ve set up your transfer | ✅ Yes | You can cancel directly in-app and resend with the correct details. |
Additional information required | ✅ Yes | You can cancel in-app before submitting the requested info. |
We’ve received your money | ❌ No | The transfer has already started and can’t be cancelled. |
Sent to bank | ❌ No | Funds are already with the recipient’s bank; you must wait for the outcome. |
Processing | ❌ No | The transfer is being completed; cancellations aren’t possible. |
If your status is You’ve set up your transfer, or Additional information required, you can cancel the transfer directly in-app using the Cancel button. If you cancel within 3-minute grace period, you’ll receive a full refund (fees + amount sent).
What happens if my International Money Transfer can’t be cancelled?
If your transfer has already moved past the setup stage, it can no longer be cancelled. Here’s what that means:
KOHO is unable to cancel or recall the transfer.
Once your funds have been received, they are automatically submitted to the recipient bank.
