If you need to update the name we have on file for you, please reach out to us via in-app chat. We will ask for a photo of your driver's licence or a utility statement to confirm the change. 

Important! If you use e-Transfer to load your KOHO card, the name on the transfer must match the name we have on your account. Make sure that you've updated your name with your existing bank, otherwise we won't be able to accept your e-Transfer 📲
