  • If you need to update the name we have on file for you, we'll require a photo of your driver's licence or a utility statement. 
  • Heads up that if you use e-Transfer to load your card, the name on the transfer must match the name we have on your KOHO account. 
  • If you need to update your address, we'll ask for a photo of a driver's licence or a utility statement
  • If you need to update your phone number or email address, we can help you out through our in-app chat
