If you are not receiving push notifications from the KOHO app, follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

  1. First, for Low Balance and PowerUps notifications that are not being received, check within the KOHO app under the More tab > Settings that these Notifications are enabled 
  2. Next, verify that your device setting's are configured to accept all notifications from the KOHO app.
