## **What is a Virtual Card?**

Your Virtual Card makes it easy to start spending without waiting for your physical card. You can add funds and shop online right away while your physical card is on its way.

Your Virtual Card is great for online purchases, subscriptions, and booking services. It also uses a different card number from your physical card, helping protect your physical card details when shopping online.

## **Why isn’t my new design showing in my mobile wallet?**

If you changed your Virtual Card design and it isn’t showing in Apple Wallet, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay, try removing your KOHO card from your digital wallet and adding it again.

If that doesn’t work, make sure to fully remove the card from your wallet archives before adding it again. This should correctly refresh the card design.

## **How do I replace my Virtual Card?**

You can replace your Virtual Card directly in the KOHO app or on the web portal.

1. Go to **Cards**
2. Select your **Virtual Card**
3. Select **Replace card**
4. Follow the prompts

Your new Virtual Card will be ready to use once the replacement is complete.

**Note:** Virtual Card replacements are limited to once every 30 days.

## **Will replacing my Virtual Card stop a subscription?**

Not always. Replacing your Virtual Card may not stop recurring charges from merchants or subscriptions.

When you add your card to a service like Uber, Netflix, or another merchant, they may use a secure digital token instead of storing your actual card number. In some cases, this token can continue to process charges even after your card is replaced.

To stop future charges, you should cancel the subscription or remove your card directly with the merchant.

If you see a charge you don’t recognize or believe a transaction is unauthorized, you can report it directly in the KOHO app:

1. Go to your **Transactions**
2. Select the transaction
3. Tap the three dots **(...)** or **More**
4. Choose **Report an issue**
5. Follow the prompts to submit your dispute

Our team will review the report and help with the next steps.
