All KOHO plan purchases are non-refundable. When you cancel, your plan benefits stay active until the end of your current billing period, so you're covered for the time you've already paid for.

## **I was charged unexpectedly. What should I do?**

Before reaching out, it's worth checking a couple of things:

* Did your free trial end? If you were on a trial, your plan automatically converts to a paid subscription once it ends. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial is up.
* Did your plan renew automatically? KOHO plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can check your billing date and plan details on the **My Plan** page in the app or on the web.
* Don't recognize the charge at all? Reach out to our support team through the KOHO mobile app or web app and we'll look into it.

## **I forgot to cancel before my renewal. Can I get a refund?**

All plan purchases are non-refundable. If you didn't mean to renew, you can cancel now from **My Plan** in the app or on the web. Your benefits will stay active for the rest of the billing period you've already been charged for.

If you think there's been an error, reach out to our support team through the KOHO mobile app or web app and we'll take a look.
