**Note:** The KOHO Core account is new and we're starting with a small group of users, so it isn't available to everyone yet. This may change in the future.

## **What are the features of the KOHO Core account?**

## **Is there a cost for this account?**

There is no cost for a KOHO Core account 👍

## **Will foreign transaction fees apply?**

Yes, foreign transaction fees still apply on purchases made in currencies other than CAD. This is worth keeping in mind if you travel or shop internationally.

## **What are the e-Transfer limits?**

## **If I cancel a paid plan, what happens?**

If you cancel Extra or Everything, your account moves to Core at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll keep your paid plan benefits until that date, and after that you'll be on Core going forward.

## **I'm on Essential. How do I move to Core?**

You can't switch to Core yourself in the app, so reach out to our support team through the KOHO mobile app or web app and we can move your account over for you.

💡 Once you're on Core, you'll keep the Core features listed above and you won't be charged a monthly fee. Your Essential benefits stop when the change is made.
