While it’s not necessary to make withdrawals from your tradeline to see your score improve, if you would need to access your Credit Building funds, there are a few reasons why your withdrawal request might have been canceled:
If you have pending withdrawals on your billing date, the system might automatically cancel them.
If your billing date falls within the 96-hour processing period, it may also be canceled automatically.
Please note that our support team cannot process canceled requests. Simply make another request in-app, and you can expect your funds within 96 hours (4 days).
