How do I change my plan?

From the KOHO app:

  • In-app > click on My Plan > scroll down and select Manage my plan.

  • On the Manage plan page, select Change and choose your preferred KOHO plan.

From the web portal:

  • Login via web.koho.ca/login and select My Plan > Manage my plan.

  • On the Manage my plan page, choose your preferred KOHO plan and select Change my plan.

Your plan has been updated 🎉


How do plan changes work?

When upgrading your plan, the change is applied immediately, and a prorated charge will be added to your account 👍


For downgrades, the new plan only takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.


Can I switch from a monthly to a yearly plan?

Absolutely! You can switch from a monthly plan to a yearly one at any time. Once you make the change, the new plan will activate immediately, and you’ll be charged accordingly.

However, switching from a yearly plan to a monthly plan is not currently available.
