To change your KOHO plan, open the KOHO app and navigate to My Plan > Unsubscribe. Once you cancel your existing plan, you'll need to wait until the end of the billing cycle to change plans.
Please note that our support team does not have the ability to make changes to your plan directly. We will only be able to assist with plan cancellations at this time.
