If you sign up as an Annual Premium user before August 27th 2020, you will have access to Dialogue until the end of your subscription. After this, it will be leaving Premium's benefits. After August 27th, please access the Dialogue app directly rather than from the KOHO app.

As an annual KOHO Premium subscriber who registered prior to August 2020, you get access to healthcare professionals wherever you go. Dialogue is the quickest & easiest way to chat with a healthcare professional in minutes. As a response to COVID19 we were offering this service to your spouse* and any dependent(s)**, but that additional offering will be removed on Aug 27th as well, with your individual coverage remaining for the rest of your subscription.
How to create an account:
Download the Dialogue app (Apple Store or Google Play)
Click “Get started”
Enter your first name, last name and birthday
Sign up with your email and create a password (must be the same email as on your KOHO account)
🙋♀️Heads up, you will have to wait until the day after you start your Premium Annual or annual Trial membership to be able to register with Dialogue.
*Spouse/partner: this represents spouse by marriage or through another official union recognized by the law, or an individual who has been recognized publicly as a spouse for a period of at least 12 months (common-law partner). If there is no cohabitation, this brings an end to the admissibility of a common-law partner.
**Dependents: this represents the children of an eligible member or those of the spouse (or common-law partner) of an eligible member. To be eligible, the children must be at most 21 years of age, or less than 25 years old (if they are full-time students), and live under the same roof.
