If you are not receiving push notifications from the KOHO app, follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
First, for Low Balance and PowerUps notifications that are not being received, check within the KOHO app by selecting Personal at the top right > Notification Settings to see that these Notifications are enabled
Next, verify that your device settings are configured to accept all notifications from the KOHO app.
