Problem Verifying Your Card
When adding your KOHO card to your Apple Wallet, if you receive the message "card not provisioned," or "try again later" during the card verification step, you will need to verify your identity on the phone.
Please call 1-833-793-3372 and speak to a representative to confirm your identity.
KOHO Card is Locked
If your transaction doesn't go through, please check whether your card is locked within the KOHO app.
Apple Pay won't work if the Physical or Virtual card that's linked to your Apple Wallet is locked.
